Video Execution of Wills

The executon of your will on video provides many advantages to every party involved. A carefully prepared videotape details visually and audibly the entire will execution procedure and may prove indispensable should the will be contested. Video wills ensure that upon death, the will shall take effect in the manner anticipated. It also ensures that the various common law and/or statutory requirements for a valid will are met.

Pre-Constructon Videos

Our trained videographers will walk the site with you or a representative of your firm and document the site to be worked on prior to construction begining. Prevent costly and timely arguments based on damages not related to your crews. Even having such a video could prevent such a dispute from ever reaching court.

Progress Videos

Similar to Pre-Construction Videos, we will follow your staff around and document changes to the site based on a precise map and on-camera timestamps, documenting the exact location and dates of the current changes. These provide an excellent documentation of work throughout the timeframe, and can detail certain aspects of the ste, including code violatons or challenges and adaptations to the orignal plans.

On-Site Inspections

When you can’t bring the jury to the site, bring the site to the jury via a videotape. This covers a wide area. We can film accident re-construction cases, provide video of the road or site in question, or capture a Point of View shot of what the driver would see. In personal injury cases, we have videotaped all kinds of equipment inspections, including: lawnmowers, saws, nail guns, and assembly line equipment. A wireless microphone is put on the expert witness as they look at and comment on the machine. An audio transcript s also provided wth the final video.

Video Inventories

We can videotape the contents of a home, business, or office for insurance purposes. We will document serial numbers where applicable on the videotape, and provide still photographs of contents if requested. An excellent device for tax purposes and in the event of a future claim.

Still Capture from Video

We have the capabilities to capture your video from multiple formats into our computer and then grab still captures of individual frames for printing on photo paper. We caqn print up to 8 X 10 images for use on easel boards and in court evdence.

Video Duplication & Conversion

We can also convert many formats of video to VHS or DVD and duplicate these formats to produce high quality copies of your original video. Always have additonal copies of any video you are submitting into evidence, as well as copies for the oposing sides.
